Remove the drivers for previous GPU. Thus could be causing conflicts. Also update bios if you have not already. Try different ram sticks if possible. My hd 5450 paired with my i5 2400 wouldnt boot for some reason i had cheapo 2x 4gb ran sticks i swapped these for some trusted gskill ddr3 1066mhz...

Hi guys, im going to be buying a new PC. What im wondering is, i can buy a cheap Dell optiplex machine with a i5 CPU @ 3ghz with 4gb ddr3 ram. Its just a barebones PC from dell no GPU or anything fancy. But as the dell optiplex is a Small form factor PC i doubt getting a GPU uograde would work...
