The PC is more flexible. The GPU performance is about the same. The PC up for trade has a really good cpu, motherboard and ram which is faster than the laptop. If you can get a cheap monitor and keyboard I suggest you go for It!

GTX 660 handles 1080p medium at around 60fps. The GTX 650 or the R7 250 would probably be the minimum.

I believe you may need to update the motherboards bios as I believe it isn't recognising your cpu. The R3 2200G isn't recognised by b350 or x370 motherboards unless they're bios has been updated. Here's AMDs Support page on this...
