Is it possible to save overclocking profiles in the BIOS and also on a USB stick that you can load after a BIOS update/reset? This feature would be REALLY nice!! If that's not possible yet, this is definitely something I will suggest ASUS!

Nope. Problem returned and a BIOS flash didn't help. I could try another GPU from Work to test if it is my GPU, but that would not 100% mean the Titan X is dead, cause it could be the motherboard, too... I REALLY need help and ideas to fix this...

The issue was resolved by re-flashing the UEFI Firmware via the BIOS Flashback.
