My GPU isn't getting used much :( That's what worries me. When GPU usage reaches close to 100% (say 97%), I get that 144+ fps. Otherwise it just stays on those fps stated above with the GPU usage below 85%.

I'm facing serious bottleneck after recently updating my GPU to MSI Gaming Z RTX2060. In Rainbow Six Siege, CPU usage is around 70% while GPU usage hovers around 70-80%. In CSGO, CPU usage is between 30-45% while the GPU usage is 40-51%. Similar cases are also found in PUBG. What's the solution...

Not really a fan of the blower design GPU :p But I'm a fan of MSI products, as you can tell from my setup :3

I play on a 1080p 144hz panel. I normally crank up the settings to high (Not very high or Ultra) while setting the antialiasing to MSAA 2x. As for getting a 2080, we're talking about at least 100USD price gap between a low end 2080 & Asus RTX2070.

Will there be a large difference in terms of performance between Gigabyte Windforce & MSI Gaming Z? If so, then how much? Is it worth the extra money? I mainly play Rainbow Six Siege, but looking forward to playing Metro Exodus which will release in next month.
