    help PLZ i have OS windows 8 64bit every time i want to open a browser IE or googel from the desktop the browser goes black and after a few seconds crash but when i open the browser app from the start menu it work fine

    hi everyone help plz i tried to format my laptop with windows 7 several times with cds but i failed i even used a usb drive but the OS wont load after booting... do you think if i remove the cmos battery from my laptop for a while will solve the problem ?
