Thanks for all the responses , I prefer Nvidia over AMD due to past experience , I do need an OS but I can get that for $70 since I am a student, would a cheaper motherboard decrease performance ?, can i get a decent overclock on the Pentium ? and If i get a cheaper motherboard is a GTX 760...

Thanks for the quick feedback , No that doesn't include any peripherals (keyboards , mouse , monitors etc) or the OS and at the moment I play at 20 fps on one monitor so i don't mind if it goes below 60 fps.

Thanks For the quick response Programs I will be using : Adobe CC (Photoshop , illustrator , etc ), Blender I don't think I can fit 16GB of RAM in my budget.
