my budget right now is like 850 the most but if i wait two weeks i can increase the budget too around 950 but i dont wanna wait any longer i wanna start ordering these parts right now

Im looking for a pc that i can be able to play minecraft and FTB and other Variations of minecraft with a bunch of Mods and Record while i play on atleast 60fps. And also games on ultra or hd settings. Let me know your suggestion. Ps. I dont need a mouse or a Monitor or Keyboard.
