it is you that have disabled the GPU? if yes, activate it again. See if it helps. Have you changed anything else in bios? I use Advanced SystemCare from IObit, its free and check all hw on the pc and finds new drivers etc...

I have had similar problem some years back. Started hearing this grinding sound, my pc startet to lagg and shut down. Turned out it was my old HDD. The cd plate inside had gotten loose.

with cam on, the whole stream was laggy/buffy without cam and only show the game, it was fine. went down on the bitrate, an then both cam and game run smooth on the stream.

when uninstalling, are you clicking "UNINSTALL" or using a driver cleaner? When uninstalling normally, it still will leave file in the registry.. What do you have set in Bitrate(OBS)

RobCrezz, can I ask you somehing since you have more experience with gpu's than me? When using MSI Afterburner, can I see how much power my card uses? and should it be constant or fluctuating on load? its a Zotac 970 GTX. no OC.

ok... I only answer on q's with problems I have experienced. My first build I made, I got similar problem. For me it was too weak psu. But I always go for how much watt the psu have. yes, he can try to underclock the card, so it reguire less power. If that work, then you know the card gets too...
