Solved. Clean install work very well. I think the bug come from the usage of DRIVERCLOUDS or DRIVERBOOSTER. So don't use this type of site/app. Just install all the drivers from each websites of your components.

Hello, yesterday I did a clean install of WIN11. I let the operating system tonight in the same conditions of the freeze, but no freeze yet. So I will use my computer normally today, then I think I will close the ticket!
