No it doesn't work with both pcs I just used my laptops built in PC and the disc works fine but not on this DVD drive.

This is a desktop problem not a laptop but when i turn on my air purifier my desktop shuts off and turns on even if its not on the same outlet i don't know why it does this my laptop runs fine. After i turn off the purifier it works again. What is going on?
