Whenever I go to "PCI Subsystem Settings" I only have a option for "SR-IOV" there isn't anything about Re-size BAR support or Above 4G Decoding.

I've been trying to turn on "Smart Memory Access" and I found a couple videos saying I need to enable "Above 4G Decoding" but I can't find it any where in my BIOS. I'm mainly here to ask what motherboards support it because I already checked and the rest of my hardware supports it. My specs...
