    Hi I'm looking for builds for a desktop that is around $400 excluding the OS that can run Heroes of Newearth on max setting with a good fps. hoN is basically all I play and some occasional lol. Thank you!

    Oh I already have a OS sitting around in my usb so excluding the OS, $400 budget would be accurate.
