I think air got into the paste syringe so it got damaged

I realized that my vrm are indeed hot but my CPU temp is at 100 on stress test so it was 70 at max before so I think the paste is damaged too

Can a damaged thermal paste cause all of this problem?

If the sensor are not hot then how will it fix by cooling those areas?

And any solutions to fix the sensors problem without replacing motherboard?

also i forgot to mention that in safe mode it doesnt get stuck on 0.79ghz and runs fine i have reinstalled windows 2 times more but nothing changed

I am using stock cpu fan. Im going to change it soon so it will be fixed after fan replacement?. Im still gonna use the stock fan though but new one.Like Stock cpu fan does the job for it right?
