Have you tried both sticks alone in the a2 slot? You can hook up your new psu to your old pc to check if the gpu gives a signal.

try downloading another bios. The 5700x3d is supported for the bios ending in v2I and newer.

Have you tried installing the gpu in your old pc? If you have a friend with am5 motherboard you could test every compenent.
