Both the games you mentioned are Client/Server games that are notorious for lag. To rule out network problems, you need to run a standalone game to check your computer out. This is any game that does not need to be connected to the internet, unlike LOL and Robox.

The thing with an an antenna is your wifi network card. When he put your CPU in, did he test it to make sure everything was configured for that CPU ? Did he go into the BIOS and reconfigure everything ?

This is what I am trying to get at. What fps do you get when you solely run the game by itself. I am presuming by OBS, you are talking about the streaming recording program that causes lag in the first place. Do not run this. What does the perfmon log show ?

To recap, your run any game without OBS and it runs at 5fps ? You then start OBS to see what is wrong, How is OBS going to help when it causes lag and wont show what is wrong ? I think most people will understand what something running at 5fps looks like. Sorry, the reply doesn't make sense...
