I cant physically access router but i do believe that it is not a router problem because i took my pc to a friend and tried his wireless network, same thing happened. cable works without a problem

yes i tried netsh winsock reset, nothing happened

for some reason sometimes it shows me like it is connected but it says unidentified network, though i still cant connect or ping anything. i tried connecting to my phone hotspot also without any success.

I can connect to a new wireless network from my laptop and mobile phone, but when i try to connect it displays "no internet" status with yellow triangle. I took my pc to my friend to download latest drivers, they were already installed; then i tried to use his wireless network and it connected...
