GPU stuck on 100% rpm

installed a msi gtx 770 twin furzr into a asus z87-plus motherboard a week ago and it adjsuted the fan speeds. Now it just sits at 3000 rpm even when the computer is just idling. I have tried to manually lower it but nothing changes.

connecting acess point to a ethernet switch

Was wondering if it's possible to connect a ethernet switch to a router thats being used as an access point. So i have a modem/router combo connected to another router thats being used as an access point and i want to connect a switch to the access point router
