So I'm overclocking in GPU Tweak 2. And when overclocking I also turned up GPU voltage, Power Target and Temp Target. I'm pretty sure I haven't had this "issue" before, but all of a sudden my Power Target goes to 46% (-54%) automatically. Is this a glitch, am I missing something or is this...
