Yup fan remains plugged and I tested on the box that my board came with. Quick update, I got a new board and it's working again. Definitely the board's issue. Why it worked only at the repair shop remains a mystery, maybe I just have a "selective" board.

Every other electrical appliances works every other socket/wall outlet except for my pc. Even other pc works. I eliminated the problem down to the motherboard and cpu but it works at the repair site.

The monitor and gpu and power cable are different, but I've tested my gpu with another mobo and it works, same with the monitor, for the power cable I've tried using different cables and even using my monitor cable which works with my monitor. I doubt wiring is the issue due to me trying at...
