case shocks me untill i unplug the psu from the motherboard and cpu power slots

max speed for the memory for the motherboard is 2400

im useing 4x4 2400 g skill rip jaw

the max memory is 32 gb

I found 1 bent pin under magnifying glass could that be the issue

Think it could be the dimm slot its self

Ok theirs pic I tried both rams in slot 1 they both booted and i could get to bios. If I put 2 in it don't work. If I use just 1 in slot 2 nothing no boot no video
