Based on my knowledge, which is quite limited, the only conclusion that I can make is that your PC has poor air intake and outlet. Personally I would purchase additional fans, they are quite cheap, and practice regular cleaning of my components (Blowing your inside with a hairdryer,etc.)

Seems like you have a cooling problem, It's likely that the air ventilation inside your case is poor, have you tried cleaning the GPU and other components? Please list what your setup's components are.
