The title says it all. Do you use Display Driver Uninstaller every time you update your drivers? I personally have, but I'm still not sure if it is any different than just checking the "clean install" box, which I have done for years prior to finding out about DDU.

I second this. Go to bios and make sure your fan is getting enough juice/check fan curve profiles.

I have a RTX 2080 as well and have occasional stuttering in games where as all my friends with the GTX series cards don't have issues.
