i bought me an upgrade from my old computer, (i7 4790 gtx 770 windforce 2gb g1 sniper b5) i connected everything, even had a friend come help me wire it afterwards. it starts up, and 2 seconds later it shuts down, ive tried, replacing all the wires, diffrent psu, measured psu when under load...

i have a sufficient psu i made sure of it

i have a quick question, should i upgrade my gpu or cpu first i currently have an amd 5700 and amd phenom x2 555 3.2ghz, i was thinking to buy either the g1sniper and 4770 or the gtx 770. i am currently streaming and doing youtube as a hobby and i know the 770 has a built in capturecard. but...
