Any particular reason you want to liquid cool? It really is more of a gimmick than an insane cooling booster coming from experience. At best, it'll lower temps a few degrees Celsius.

You have to go into the BIOS and manually set the speed and the XMP Profile that is on your motherboard so it will clock the RAM to 1866. Set the RAM speed to 1866 and enable the XMP Profile for that speed to get those speeds.

Just download the DirectX web installer, run that, and it will install the latest DirectX. That should fix that DX issue.
