Alright, I'll see what I can find, but I still really would like to know, has there really been no bios update from hp since 2010? Does hp usually do this or is there something I am missing?

Everytime I turn on the computer with the new CPU it just says it is unsupported and shuts down so I don't think I could do that. I guess I can look into a new motherboard too, but all the asrock ones seem to be intel.
