350$ would get you no where, maybe to play Minecraft, but for more modern games, like the ones you listed, you would need a much bigger budget, I suggest you save up, buy no more electronics or games and once you get around 700$, try again!

It looks good but I think you should get maybe 8GB of ram as my old laptop only had 4GB...
