I dont think its over heating since it never goes higher than 75 degrees celsius and my temp limit is set to 80 Could it be a memory leak or something like that? Or something to do with my cpu?

now when i played it it worked fine for like 5-10 mins then fps dropped to like 5 cpu usage was 86 and gpu 98

cpu usage is 100% but gpu usage is at 98% so i dont think its bottlenecking

my friend has the same pc with an ssd and he's getting 60 fps on gta v

less than 30 its so low u cant play the game usually around 10-20

all lows and second smallest resolution on gta v
