At the psu unplug and replug all the cables.....test.
If no help you might want to try using the cables that came with the new psu.

Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.
Boot the stick and let it run.......what happens?

You stated that windows and bios lost date and time.
This means the battery on the motherboard is dead or dying.
I would replace it first.

Booting memtest from a flash stick gets windows and the OS disk out of the mix so you need to try that and see what the results are.

Remove the gpu and connect the monitor to the mobo.
Test boot from the OS disk and also the windows flash stick.
