    I'm doing the full reset, and tried the win10, win11 and popOS, but after my pc is turn on I get to that screen and doesn't have any other option, my SSD drive is already empty so I don't know why I can't start a new reset.

    I enabled the XMP, but my CPU was very slow, so I'll reinstall windows and after that I send you the results I installed Pop!_OS on my SATA SSD too, and it's normal, no freezing or bugs with the xmp enabled.

    I did the chkdsk, but for some reason my CPU usage now is very high, before was using 20% and now is like 70% 80% :(

    yes the test is after I changed the voltage, and I didn't see any more blue screens

    Sorry, it's Bazooka. there are 2 separate sticks and the RAM's are installed in the second and fourth slot, because the cooler is taking up a little more space and I can't install it in the first slot

    yes I did, after change the motherboard I need to reinstall the windows on the SSD because the motherboard did not recognize the old boot. CPU-Z info: My RAM is 3200mhz, but the config is default in BIOS, so I didn't change it.
