How would i go about a full system reinstallment if im stuck in BIOS. I changed the boot type because of what others have said on here on other posts about the same issue.

I have already changed the cmos battery. Still same results.

It allows me to boot to my ssd but once i save and restart it leaves this message "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key" would this still call for a new hard drive?
