    so, i have a budget pc. specs: x4 860k @3.7GHz gtx 750ti 8gb ram my problem is that my gpu hits 95 degrees on overwatch with everything turned down the minimum and i only get 10-40 fps. Even though im quite sure i should be able to run it. Any help would be great
