yeah i even tried to do a bios flashback but i have to be able to go into bios

I don’t really know what to do, i’ve booted without ram, gpu, cmos, and even my hard drive and have also reseated rams. my bios is corrupted and i don’t have a second bios so would a new mobo fix this problem?

I tried doing a bios flashback but I can’t even boot into bios. I am pressing the right keys and smashing the keys but it won’t work. It shows the press f2 to go into bios then when I do, it just disappears and then it pops up again. My fans also consistently speed up fast and then slow down...
