    can i make my phone a Bluetooth adapter

    I want to connect my ps4 controller to my phone using Bluetooth and then use my controller on my PC Basically making my phone a Bluetooth adapter (connecting my phone to my PC using USB and connecting my controller to my phone using Bluetooth) is there any way I can do it?
