My first thought too, but using monitoring software, his gpu temps were 62 degrees. It’s purple from boot in game, but normal on desktop. Completely normal. He’s taking it out today to clean it, but that’s what made me think it might not be totally GPU related. And it’s not even all games...

Attached is a photo of my friends game. Why is this happening lol. I was told his gpu might be dying. Was looking for a second opinion. Rocket league and warframe are affected. However madden and mechwarrior 5 are business as usual. Gpu is steady at 60 frames, exactly what he wants. No weird...

Probably a laptop as its portable. I wouldnt need it for any modern fps, mainly rts type stuff. Like 750? Again I wouldn't know, sorry.

I don't have a budget per se I'm trying to figure out what laptop or desktop id hafta buy or build to run those games at medium or high settings.

Want to run, dawn of war 1 2 and 3 along eith sims 4 and starcraft 2. Im trying to build a pc but dont know anything about specs.
