What is a bset GPU for a my pc without bottlenecks?

First, I want to know what games you want to play, for how long and at what settings it is acceptable for you? Because I can't recommend your parts, because they are the best parts for me, not for your use case. After that, I can help you! :D LightSwordM

does that old xerox xm7-22w good for gaming with sapphire r9 390 nitro ?

Yes. That should work wonderfully since it does have a DVI-D input, and the r9 390 does have one. With a 1050p resolution, you shouldn<t have any problems playing with that monitor.

Low 3dmark score with EVGA GTX 970

Retry it again and this time, monitor the boost clock of both the CPU and the GPU using MSI Afterburner. There might be something changing since the boost clock might be changing, along with the CPU turbo clock.

    Looking for a new card.

An r9 390 would be your best bet if you can return your card, or just return just your 970 and get another one.

Is R7 260x an overkill upgrade for a sempron 2650?

You should upgrade your CPU to an AMD 5350 first. And then an r7 260x would be a bit less overkill.

    Looking for a new card.

What resolution are you playing at and what is your upgrade budget? I would like to know these two things so I could really help you with your issue.

    Upgrade my Video Card

Yes you can. Since it does have the same power requirements as the GTX 650Ti, you shouldnt have any problem just swapping out the graphics card for a GTX 960. The GTX 960 would be a better choice, since it is more power than the GTX 750Ti.

can i use this graphics card with this PC?

How much space do you have in your case for your graphics card? Otherwise, I would advise you to pick the Gigabyte GTX 960 ITX version. It should fit any case, since it is a very small video card.

can i use this graphics card with this PC?

Yes of course. As long as you have a PCIE slot, a long slot on the motherboard, you can put it in. When you get your video card, just change the connection, either D-Sub, DVI, HDMI to your graphics card instead of your motherboard. Also, you dont need to change of power supply since the GTX 960...

How i can know that my motherboard supports core i3 processor

Yes, you can use the Ivy Bridge CPUs also, but you would need a Bios Update on your mobo, which is why I recommended you the Sandy Bridge CPUs. But, since you do have a SB CPU, just update the BIOS and play with your IB CPU.

Need information regarding i5 4th Gen and 5th GenProcessor

They are pretty similar in terms of performance, except that the i5 5thGen is about 5% stronger clock for clock. Second, the iGPU is much more powerful, a little bit more powerful than the top AMD APU. Third, for now, you can only get a soldered i5 Broadwell. Also, a Haswell i5 will work in any...
