I had this problem before and the power management setting worked while on windows 10. I was bash hungry and installed the insider build which reset some settings. Now I have this problem again and I can't seem to fix it again. The power setting is now off for almost every device. (who cares...
I got a new laptop that only has HDMI out. My monitor takes vga or dvi in. Which do I convert to? As I understand it dvi and hdmi are both digital but I don't know what difference that makes. Thanks for any help.
