    Yeah, but will it work If I boot OS from other USB disks/Pendrive. All I want to know is whether the software detects my old HDD or not. If I am going to install the software it should be on my USB Pendrive/Drive

    Question I cleaned my old partition 500GB while installing windows 7 and converted it to MBR from GPT, now I lost all my data and on my system there is no OS

    Thanks for the advice, I actually cleaned it because while installing I got an error like Windows can't be installed on GPT partition. So I cleaned the partition and converted it to MBR. But eventually didn't think I would be losing all data.

    I deleted my partitions ( Diskpart clean ) during installation and converted GPT to MBR now all my data is lost and no OS is installed on my system. Now how to recover my data as there is no windows installed on my system.
