The heatsink has a metal lever on it that's not like those on the stock AMD heatsinks and I don't know whether to push it down or pull it up to release it from the CPU.

What ended up working for me was going into my BIOS and resetting defaults for all my clocks, thanks for the answers anyway guys!

So, I was overclocking my GPU with MSI Afterburner and I set the memory clock too high causing it to green screen, I restarted my computer and after several attempts I cannot get back into afterburner quick enough to undo my error as it green screens within seconds of loading my desktop. Is...
