Thanks but i can't get to BIOS. No matter what button or combination of buttons used do anything.

I used me Toshiba Satellite to download Tails then used Rufus to install it a USB. I adjusted the BIOS to allow usb boot. Booted it up made a persistent volume on a second USB drive. I ejected the second and shut off computer. Now no matter what I do it only 'no bootable disk. Please insert...

I put Tails on a usb drive. Booted it up. Put a persistant volume on a second dive. Rebooted and now all i get is ' no bootable disk. Insert and press button'. Tried f1 f2 f12 and just repeats itself.
