Fixed my issue. Pulled the entire system apart and reassembled it and it appears to be working fine for the last 4 hours. Rebooted multiple times to see if I could get it to no post. I'm assuming there was a short somewhere.

Drivers are loaded into RAM (IIRC) so it wouldn't really make a difference other than startup time. Also the location you are picking is just the software aspect of the driver, the actual driver goes to the System32 folder in your Windows Directory.

Titan X will be fine with a 4690k. I run SLI Titan X's on a 4670k and it is pretty good, you do start running into a CPU bottleneck with SLI though, but it is very minor and doesn't effect you in 90% of scenarios.

It is the folder that is used to store files for reverting back to Windows 7 or 8.1 if you do not like Windows 10. If you want to delete it you can run disk cleanup which is built into Windows to clean up for free space.

Personally I would wait for the newer technology since it should be widely available within a month, but it is really up to you if you need the features. If you can't wait then the z97 and 4790k is just as good for gaming.

You will want a D14 or D15 for a 4.5 or 4.6 overclock, I don't think their other coolers will do it. Even then it matters on how good at moving air your case is.

Good upgrade for 1st Gen i5/i7 users. Though I think they targeted it at the 2nd Gen i5/i7 users, doesn't seem like a huge improvement for them though.

MGSV: Ground Zeroes had the same exact system requirements and it was one of the best ports ever.
