Okay so Realtemp is telling me there's only 8% load but msi afterburner is saying i'm utilising 30% of my cpu so which one is wrong and yeah i was just playing a game to test it

Okay I just checked hyperthreading and all cores are already enabled

I've been monitoring my cpu and noticed that the load on it is always around 7%-10% and was wondering if that's normal for the games I've tested it on (Overwatch, Fortnight, Borderlands 2, Cod ww2) and even when i do a cpu stress test it seems to cap out at 24% load does anyone know why this is...
