solution: take out the M.2 drive so you can get into BIOS, go into the advanced menu and look for the EZ BIOS FLASH 3 tool. Upgrade your BIOS to the latest version either by downloading it from the web within the BIOS or downloading it to a USB from another computer and installing it from there...

i have the same issue with basically the same specs but i have the Asus 570 Prime. interested to hear how you solved it. I think it's not recognising my keyboard but I've tried 2 keyboards now and don't have any more... (Razer blackwidow and logitech g15). Tried re-seating everything, clearing...
