Okay, I'll try replacing the motherboard. So is my new PSU safe? Because many say that it's the PSU that's the problem.

Yes, that's the component I didn't replace when changing the PSU.

Yes it work after resetting the BIOS but only the first time. And I did try another GPU but the problem still persist. I tried this GPU on other PC it worked perfectly

Apparently, it worked for the first time, it turned on for a while but my GPU still not turned on (only the fans are on). After I restart and reinstall the GPU, it began to turn on and off again (but this time my GPU is on)

Because after I changed the PSU, it worked normally for 1 year now and I didn't see any burn marks on the motherboard. Yes I changed all the cable and using power cable that came with the new PSU.
