In my opinion you should go with 64 GB RAM (2X32 GB, not 4X16 GB) from the beginning. But that's just the way I see it, you do whatever is best for you. It does seem like it's kinda hard to find 64 GB RAM kit in some of those stores. Maybe you have to order one from abroad. Also might be better...
