How can I try it if I can't get into Windows. Only thing I can get into is Safe Mode

Many people don't reccomend CCleaner. Maybe there is a way I can get Registry backup files? But I don't have the RegBack folder on CMD

I can only boot to Safe mode. Windows 10 Home I did not do anything to registry.

I am getting a BSOD and it says Registry_Error, the error code is 0xc000009a. I can only boot in safe mode. I have tried resetting CMOS but it didn't help. Also it said ''boot failure detected'' on the BIOS, but I managed to get through that. I have been using my PC for 2 years and it had no...
