I was debating between upgrading mobo + cpu + ram to ddr5, or is it the difference from ddr4 to ddr5 not that worth / noticeable for the money spent and stuff?

Here is the MSI Afterburner screenshot showing temps and usage, this is after playing Valorant for 5 minutes and shooting around. I applied thermal paste and cleaned out the fans, temp definitely dropped but no noticeable frame improvement. Any ideas? View: https://imgur.com/gallery/yuBDFGl
