when i'm cleaning my case, i found out that my fan cable or molex (?) is separated, so i try fixing it with re-connecting the cable after it, i try to boot my pc, but only proc,gpu,case fan that works, my pc isn't booting so i think that the cable is source of the problem, i disconnect it all...
