All of my passmark scores are at avg for the piece or above. I get 60 fps in 1080p but for some reason my heaven benchmarks are always very subpar...is heaven not a good option to see?

Hello all and thank you for your time. I have an issue with low fps in games. -I have followed all tutorials for Nvidia display settings, window power settings, and used DDU to do a complete removal and reinstall of the drivers. -My temps have been monitored and are well within normal range...

are these normal frames and can faulty ram or a mobo issue cause these problems?
