Thanks for the response :) Temps on CPU dont go over 60C and and my GPUs are both fine with heat as well. I am running 8GB of ram and my PSU is a corsair TX850 v2 lol I shouldnt be having any problems with power consumption :(

Thanks icode, actually, I fixed the problem!! :D:D Using evga precision I just clocked both cards at the same exact settings rofl! They seemed to have been running out of sync! wooohooo!
