in the resource tab it just tells me "this device can not find enough resources it can use. you have to deactivate one of the other devices in the system if you want to use this...

ok so i used ddu cleaner to uninstall all nvidia and intel drivers and disabled integrated graphics, then installed the correct nvidia drivers and its still the same thing...
